The problem
Task apps either do too much or forget to actually remind you. People miss things not because they did not write them down, but because nothing followed up.
What I built
Eskora, a progressive web app for tasks and reminders. It installs on a phone like a native app, works from the home screen, and sends push notifications when something is due.
How it works
- 1User signs up and lands in a guided onboarding flow
- 2Tasks and reminders are created with a due time
- 3Data is stored in a Supabase Postgres database
- 4A scheduler checks what is due
- 5Push notifications fire to the device through a service worker
- 6Completed tasks close out and the cycle continues

Result
Built, shipped, and installed. Eskora runs on my own phone daily and the reminders actually fire, which is the part most task apps get wrong.
